Terms of service

These terms are general standards and, together with other Danish legislation, regulate the terms of the purchase

These sales and delivery terms apply to the purchase of goods on shapeit.dk for delivery in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Greenland, and the Faroe Islands.

Ordering and Payment
Shapeit.dk is open 24 hours a day, so you can almost always shop. However, the store may close temporarily due to maintenance. You can only make purchases when the store is open and accessible.

To shop on shapeit.dk, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid payment card that we accept. If you are under 18, you may still purchase goods if you have obtained your guardian’s approval and/or otherwise have the legal right to enter into the purchase.

You select the items you want to buy and place them in the "shopping cart." You can edit the contents of the shopping cart up until the moment of ordering, and you can continuously check the contents and price of the items.

Any additional charges, such as shipping and payment card fees, will be calculated just before you are ready to pay.

When you are ready to order, click on "Checkout," where you enter your name, address, email, phone number, and payment method.

You may change the contents of the shopping cart up until you confirm your purchase by clicking the "Order and Pay" button. After this, your order is sent to shapeit.dk and can no longer be changed.

You are obliged to provide a correct delivery address. If the address you have given cannot be confirmed, shapeit.dk reserves the right to withhold delivery and cancel the order.

Order Cancellation
shapeit.dk may cancel an order if it is not possible to deliver the ordered product. You will be notified if such a situation occurs, and any payment or reservation made with a payment method will be refunded/canceled.

Receipt of Order and Order Confirmation
When you order a product from us, you will receive an email receipt confirming receipt of your order. However, a binding purchase agreement is only concluded once you have received an order confirmation/sales receipt from us.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal
When shopping at shapeit.dk, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal, during which you may notify us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase and then return the item to us. The withdrawal period runs from the day you receive the item. If the deadline falls on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day.

After receipt, you may only handle the goods in a way that allows you to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must give us clear notification at the latest 14 days after receiving the item. If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you can send us an email at info@shapeit.dk, and we will then send you a return form. If you withdraw, a return shipping fee of 50 DKK applies when you choose to make a return and it is not an exchange.

Returns

When returning items, please ensure they are securely packaged. You are responsible for the package/items until we receive them. Therefore, keep the receipt from the carrier as well as any tracking number. You must pay the costs of returning the item if you withdraw. If you return items purchased with a shapeit.dk gift card, you will receive a credit note for the corresponding amount.

Exchange

Shapeit offers free exchanges. Send an email to our customer service at info@shapeit.dk with information about the product you wish to exchange for and your order number, and we will send you a return label. Once we receive your returned item, we will send the size/item you want.

If you withdraw after an exchange and wish to return your order for a refund, Shapeit.dk will deduct all shipping costs related to the exchange from the refunded amount.
Shapeit.dk only covers the costs for the first exchange.

IMPORTANT
We expect you to send the items back as soon as possible after notifying us of your withdrawal, and you must return them no later than 14 days after you have withdrawn.

Note!
- We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery or similar.
- We expect the item to be in the same condition as when we shipped it.
- Proof of purchase and return form
- You must include a copy of the order confirmation or other proof of purchase.

Refund / Reimbursement
When we receive the item, we will inspect it and refund the amount you paid us for the purchase. The amount will always be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase. For example, if you paid by card, the purchase amount will be refunded to that card.

NOTE:

You may lose your purchase amount, fully or partially, if the value of the item has been diminished because:

- you have effectively used the item,
- it has been damaged while under your responsibility,
- you have handled the item in a way other than necessary to ascertain its nature, properties, and the way it functions,
- you have not followed the restrictions on the right of withdrawal related to sealing, product type, etc.

Of course, a complaint must be justified, and the defect must not have arisen as a result of improper use of the product or other damaging behavior.
You must contact us within a "reasonable time." You must file a complaint within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. We recommend that you complain as soon as possible and within 2 months of discovering the defect.

To assess your complaint, we ask you to provide the following:

1. Send us a short description of how the damage or defect occurred. Please note that you should contact our customer service as soon as you discover the defect.

2. To document the defect, please send 4–5 photos along with the description.

The defect should be clearly visible in at least one of the photos. Additionally, make sure your photos show the entire product, once from the front and back (for shoes, include a photo of the sole).

3. Send the photos by email to info@shapeit.dk

4. Please state the order number the item was purchased under—or include a copy of the order confirmation/receipt.

5. After receiving your photos, we will process your complaint as soon as possible.

If you need to return item(s) under a complaint case, shapeit.dk will send a prepaid return label to be used. If you choose not to use the prepaid return label (and thus bear all costs related to shipping), please send the items back yourself.

In the case of a justified complaint, we will refund reasonable shipping costs.

Remember to always send the item in secure packaging and obtain a receipt for shipment. You are responsible for the package/items until we receive them. Therefore, keep the postal receipt including shipping cost details and any tracking number.

Note! We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery or similar.


Gift Cards
Use of gift cards requires your acceptance of the following terms and conditions. The electronic gift card can be kept and expires 1 year from the issue date. The maximum value of the gift card is DKK 5,000. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen, or deactivated gift cards. We reserve the right to change these rules.

The gift card is valid as payment or part payment when shopping at shapeit.dk. The amount you spend will be deducted from the balance, and if there is a remaining balance, you will receive a new gift card by email for the remaining amount. Gift cards CANNOT be exchanged for cash.

Discount Codes (Vouchers)
We periodically offer discount codes as part of our marketing. These codes are only valid for limited periods and may be subject to special conditions. Codes may be limited for use only on specific products, categories, or brands.

When using a discount code, you must purchase a minimum amount as stated. If you spend less than the required minimum amount, the difference will not be refunded. Any discount code you wish to use must be entered during the checkout process before payment. Forgotten discount codes cannot be credited after placing an order. Only one discount code can be used per order.

Discount codes are not personal and may be used by the bearer. Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit notes, or similar.

In case of fraud, attempted fraud, or suspicion of other illegal activities related to the redemption of discount codes, we are entitled to cancel the discount code, cancel the order on which the discount code was used, and block your ability to shop on shapeit.dk permanently.

Personal Data
To shop on shapeit.dk, you must at least provide:

• Name
• Address
• Email address
• Phone/mobile number

The above data are stored with information about the products you have purchased for 5 years from the end of the fiscal year the information relates to, according to section 10 of the Danish Bookkeeping Act, after which the information will be deleted.

If you have created a login to access self-service on our site, your personal data and order information will not be deleted unless you request us to do so.

Information is not shared or sold to third parties unless it occurs in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company. Any disclosure in such cases will be in accordance with applicable data protection laws at the time.

As a customer, you have the right to insight into our registration of your data and may object to registration under applicable rules in the Data Protection Act. Inquiries regarding this should be directed to customer service via email info@shapeit.dk.

Cookies
By using shapeit.dk, you agree that we use cookies. A cookie is a small data file placed on your computer to keep track of what happens during your visit and to recognize the computer. A cookie is not a program and does not contain viruses.

Breach of Terms
If the customer breaches obligations under these sales and delivery terms, shapeit.dk may interrupt or limit your use of shapeit.dk’s website, and orders will not be accepted.

The following are considered material breaches:

• The customer provides false information about name, address, email address, phone number
• The customer harasses shapeit.dk, our employees, or our customers

Complaint Procedure
If you wish to complain about your purchase, please contact info@shapeit.dk. If we are unable to find a satisfactory solution, you may, provided conditions are met, submit a complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board.

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
Purchases made on shapeit.dk are governed by Danish law. Any disputes will be settled by the ordinary Danish courts.
